The Challenge
When Westfield Newmarket came knocking on our door, we knew we were going to be part of something special. After 18 months of construction, the new mega-lifestyle centre at 277 Broadway would be opening its doors. This was a ground-breaking retail experience for New Zealand and a benchmark for the industry. Westfield needed in-centre ambassadors who could welcome and direct customers, while representing the brand’s values of care for the environment and community.
The Solution
In less than a month, we put together a rotating roster of over 80 brand ambassadors dedicated to becoming the faces of this ground-breaking project. We also provided facilities staff including valet drivers, attendants and facilities assistants. Our team members underwent an extensive induction process to ensure they had the depth of knowledge they needed, both of the lifestyle centre itself and of the Westfield brand.
