LOTR: The War of the Rohirrim Premiere

Luminary Group was commissioned to coordinate the talent celebration premiere at Hobbiton, marking the final stop of the LOTR international tour in New Zealand. This included setting up talent grooming rooms, a red carpet walkway lined with character flags and braziers, a double media wall with rock wall and wood framing, a media pit, and branded crowd control barriers. We also designed a photo call area and organised the evening entertainment featuring a DJ and Drax Project. Luminary Group managed the entire process, from concept and creation to coordination, installation and pack-down.
